We will promptly order all searches on the property as well as send an introductory letter to the Seller(s) and Buyers(s) indicating who the client(s) closing coordinator is.

The Closing Coordinator works closely with all parties to expedite closing. He or she will obtain a list of expenses for reimbursement, confirm the closing date with all parties, prepare the settlement statement and closing package, and other necessary items such as inspections.
The file will be prepared for closing and the checks will be cut.
After closing, the Title Clerk will post-close the file and file all recording documents. Our policy department will issue the owners title policy and recorded Deed to the Buyer and issue the lender's title policy and recorded mortgage to the Lender.
